...Dire maul?

Hey folks. Ehm.... I don't wanna be an asshole but... dont you think Dire maul to release after Ragnaros' death makes that Dungeon a little useless? Why would i do it that dungeon after killing ragnaros?

Meavy in the case that i am still 55-60lvl when first raid has killed it?

Ragnaros' first kill doesn't mean everyone will be farming him you know, so you'll have plenty of time do go to Dire Maul when it is released - even if you're in the guild that manages to kill him first actually, there are some very nice items over there for many classes, even if your guild has just started farming Ragny.

It just means you won't be able to have pre-raid gear from DM, i.e. far better than what player are supposed to be geared with when starting MC.

The first people to enter MC will not be the only people on the server. Future players and even alts of first wave raiders will get plenty of use out of the dungeon, as is what happened on retail. MC was a day 1 release, while DM came out much later, but it was in no way useless or unused.

If you actually paid attention to the basis for the delay of DM(Nerf of items, release of ZG, the list is long..). Quel'serrar is actually a 'great' argument for why it should NOT be implemented, regardless, you shouldn't have QS as main prio for tanking. Patch 1.1.0 (start of the official timeline) was at november 2004, whilst DM was released in march 2005 (read 4-5 months). On this server you wont be waiting that long, by far. DM being useless is putting it on the edge, theres definately gonna be a guild who gets ragnaros down before most reach 60.
