Fix blessing of freedom

It seems there was an update today. Blessing of freedom now negates all damage done from frost spells not just the effect, i have seen it multiple times happen in bg's and the message you get is the target is "immune" .

not to mention that the same effect you get from potions ... making the user immune to certain spell dmg
