So I'll post the bug here.
The "Ferocity" Talent for druids, which is supposed to reduce the energy cost by 1 for every tick, so if someone had 5/5 in Ferocity, his Claw ability would cost 40 energy, not 45 (original amount).
As in my case (and Ive tested it by hitting multiple mobs), the Claw ability still costs 45 energy, even though I have 3 points in Ferocity, so it should cost 42 energy.
