Combat rogues get yellow hit capped with a single piece of gear that has 1% on it, it's not like it's hard.

Make sure to update us when you get an answer. 3% hit would be nice but not if its going to get nerfed in a week or two.

Nah you don't need hit over 7% currently for any pvp or pve situation. Haven't missed a tranq ever and my dps still rolls with 7%. You can easily get 7% with raid/pvp gear without surefooted or shitty gear like mask of the unforgiven.

A fix is being put in to insure the Accurascope only affects ranged attacks and the Elemental sharpening stones only affect melee attacks. This is how it will work on Nostalrius.
