That being said, most of the items they talked about in those links should be obtainable at lvl19, I'm not questioning the validity of that. What I'm saying is chain quests progressively increasing in level requirements is working as intended, which makes Glacial Stone unobtainable as a lvl19 twink. Rest of the quests that were mentioned should have their level requirements readjusted if they aren't obtainable at level19 or below atm.

Because they can write whatever they want without anyone fact checking them? Do you honestly believe everything you hear/read without any skepticism at all? I'm not saying anyone is being cynical liars btw, but some definitely are, there can also be a ton of other reasons why people preach false bullshit.
What I'm saying is, if you want to get a point across come up with some proper sources not just "That guy over there said so". If anything is true just because someone else said it, I could find a million ridiculous topics and claim it's the truth by simply searching specifically for someone who said so.
To me this is very common logic.

Why on earth would they claim that some random item can be obtained at 19 which cannot? Independent sources. While everything else they say about twink gear is correct. Are you suggesting there's some sort of conspiracy?
They have no reason to lie nor would it make sense for them to be mistaken. Why would they mistakenly assume a random green from some arbitrary quest could be obtained at 19? How would they even come to know the names of those items? There must be dozens of green quest reward weapons around that level and no one cares about their names. The only reason anyone knows glacial stone is because it was an iconic twinking weapon. That's why they're credible sources.
