Hes right that the toxicity on this forum in steadily increasing. Just stop trying to talk shit about other projects if you have no clue and focus on pointing out what makes this one here special.

No he is not right. This project is by far the most friendly one of them all. Moderators on Kronos delete some links, and also a lot of false information spreading on Kronos forums. Some guy wrote there is 20 people as a whole playing on the test sessions here, and shit like that.
Im following both projects, and Kronos fanboys are much more hotheaded and aggresive when it comes to discussing the two servers.

I feel offended here. It seems like you cannot have a normal discussion without using aggressive words. Why can't you have a normal discussion when someone has a different opinion as you. I respect your opinion and I would like to discuss the topic here with you and the other people. But clearly you don't respect others people opinion.

Don't hide behind the shield of a community board and write normal as you would speak to people in real live!

I have nothing to do with Kronos.
I don't like their project and I didn't say anything about them, other than it will be take3 or take4 (and that their CasterAI is not blizzlike...and Characters Auction (buy/sell) is bullshit).

I don't think this community is "toxic" yet, but the last comments in this thread are a good indication of the trend.

Then, why IRC shouldn't be a good way of communication when it's done daily and LIVE?
If you are an eight years old that cannot even figure out how to join an IRC channel it's not CC's devs fault...just yours.
So, an IRC channel doesn't mean anything TO YOU and seems like you are not a "normal user".
In fact you cannot expect to find "information" about a project if you don't look for these information.
Really, if you couldn't even figure out they are using twitter to post news, why even comment about "how bad" they are....next time, when you are so misinformed, better keep your mouth shut.

A normal user (in other words, the average visitor) - is maybe 70% of your traffic. Those are the ones that "likes" your facebook page without writing anything, they are the ones that visits your website to check the frontpage, maybe roam the forums for a minute or two but not registering and follows your official twitter.
That majority will never get IRC (that's lost more than 60% of it's users since 2003..)...

Now you may call us who doesn't feel like getting mIRC or any other irc for 8 year olds.. But maybe it's time to wake up and realise that the majority isn't interested in visting a tiny chat channel to get some news.

Spreading false informations, like you just did, is a very rude (not to mention plain stupid) thing to do. Refrain doing that in the future, please.

Well, as I told you I don't give a crap about Kronos, but saying Corecraft does not communicate with "interested enough" followers is a pure lie.
You might have a point about how "easy" is to find such informations, but that doesn't mean they do not communicate.
They recently added a github bugtracker as well...and if we want to be perfectly-clear, in here, there is no way to see a bugtracker.

About calling names, apart "ostriches" and "eight years old" I don't think I offended anyone.

Ok. Well my point still stands. By not updating the website more than once every 2-3 months you're missing out on most players and you would leave out a large portion of players.
