You can also skew a poll by making one category favoring your view and multiple similar opposing categories to split the opposing vote.
Plus there is always the psychobabble stuff that is supposedly proven but no one believes in or thinks they would fall for like structuring the opposition's point to appear more confusing or in a negative light, putting the favored choice on top, using negative and positive wording, phrasing, blah, blah, all that garbage that plays to subconscious impulses.
(Totally scientifically accurate example is different colors elicit different emotional responses from calming to anger (If you believe that (It's prolly witchcraft)))
But those are totally easy to discredit cause choices and "do i look like I have a degree in psychology?" tinfoil hat etc.

Of course I split the vote, why would I not? Its an effective strategy.
Also, there is 86 percent for a change from current policy. Nobody else but Nost decides what change if any is needed. So its actually 86 percent AGAINST current policy.
