Just don't bother, you'll find plenty of decent people on this server. Leave the kids be, they'll grow up eventually and figure how annoying they've been. My suggestion is to download the addon that lets you ignore more people then usual, that'll help a bit.
That is a noble thought, but these kids probably will not grow up. Again, have to admire your optimism though.
