best thing would be to gather forces and make 1 and strong server with both communities (nostalrius+kronos), or link them with some kind of cross-realm we used to see on retail years ago. Such a shame that communities are forced to be separated when we all want the same thing in the end, and will most likely cut whole 2015 vanilla-players into 2 servers =[

as a player willing to relive oldschool feelings of vanilla retail wow, and after many many readings on forums about upcoming vanilla servers, I still don't know which one to join, both projects seems worth to be played...

2 Different Private WoW Server Organizations with different goals, purposes, and missions trying to combine into one? Impossible.
Yes it would be great to have a combined population of both but even in theory combining the two is logistically insane.

Kronos is going to have character auctions. People who don't want to play on a server where anyone can buy a level 60 will play here if the scripts are just as good and there's no p2w-like features. When your guild's tank gets Thunderfury and then eventually quits... that player has an option to auction off the character instead of giving it to the guild. Most people who are waiting for Kronos don't even know about character auctions.

Most likely most players will try both servers, and stick with the one they prefer. Kronos has decided to do some things people will like.

My biggest reason for Nost. I was in Iraq when the game came out, then enjoyed life after I got home. I have never done vanilla in its naked day one. I am looking forward to this, and I think most here are here for reliving those wonderful memories.

Nost will be incredible, for some things Kronos will not have.
