Technically creating level 1 alts to bypass ignore features is against ToS.

What proof is needed? With a Tor Browser you Refresh gets a new Proxy(new ip) and you can vote again... takes like 5sec for a new vote. If you don't know anything about IT... just stfu and cry in a corner for an non-official channel. Most people want blizzlike and not Kronos.
