You know when all you do is roll on private servers, doing the same content over and over again, it's really nothing to feel special about it, special needs sure.
Or are you gonna tell me you were also in server first guilds in retail in each expansion?
This is the first I have heard of Grizzly btw, just reading through the comments it looks like all you do is roll on different private servers doing the same content over and over and feeling special about it, when the only thing it takes to get server first here, is more time played than everyone else.
Now getting server firsts, when tactics for bosses are unclear and your guild has to create them, that's good. Getting server firsts on bosses you have killed many times before and then acting high and mighty, is beyond retarded.
If you somehow think racing to server firsts isn't tactical and doesn't require special strategy you're insane. Try it sometime before you call it a random time sink, and consider special tactics most people use to speed race in other games besides WoW. It takes skill.
Not when you've cleared it many times before, and I still raid in WoD, plus I have a full time job. There is no way in hell I am going to get close to server first on a private server because I won't dedicate the time needed.
It takes time, vanilla raids, especially MC, are piss easy.
Now this is my first private server, but back in retail vanilla, after a while me and my guild got bored and when a new server opened up, we decided to reroll (from Horde to Alliance, just for a change), when we got to MC, we just lol'd through it so easy, since we knew the fights and had killed it many times before.
Keep feeling special and think it requires skill
