Obviously. That can be extrapolated to absolutely everything. There's a reason why this saying dates back to Ancient Greece, when people already felt human affairs were too repetitive.
People can't agree if usury is a scummy behaviour or legitimate bsnzz.
People can't agree if collective punishment is scummy or fair retribution.
People can't agree if promiscuity is a social malaise or just YOLO.
At the end of the day it boils down to how low or high is your character.
