People can't agree if usury is a scummy behaviour or legitimate bsnzz.
People can't agree if collective punishment is scummy or fair retribution.
People can't agree if promiscuity is a social malaise or just YOLO.

At the end of the day it boils down to how low or high is your character.

If you're in a party with individuals you never played with but trust: Await their action and follow suit.

Or to make it simple: Need on everything but BOPs.

- warrior was farming dm and too make things faster he did in fury/dps gear ;
- forror drops and druid ninja to sell for gold , claiming that since he wasnt in tanking gear he has a right to roll need on an item he can't use ;
- gm of the guild that druid is part of comes, and gives his opinion proving he has no morals or a clue about this game ;

Conclusion : blacklist the druid and guild

The fact that his greedy ass wrote ''mine'' would make me need on it too just cus fuck that guy.

Also it's a boe random drop, so it doesn't belong to the warr. It would be diff if it was bop or if he told the people before that was the reason he was there.. shit like this should go on ah and everyone should need.
If warr wants it he should buy it off AH or farm it with his guild.

this is why you don't go with pugs. the druids, the ppl defending him and his GM/officer are something everyone should stay away from. real scum. nobody needs gold. if you need gold, you suck. if you roll need to enrich yourself you suck. if you are too much of a greedy bastard to roll on something valuable because you can't stand that somebody just got what he needed drop, you suck. if you're so desperate for gold that you would cheat him out of it you suck. you all suck.

there is no "tank" or "fury" there are only WARRIORS. every warrior must obtain a decent tanking gear, even if he mainly wants to dps. otherwise he is worthless and should be discarded. your argument that he had no right to get that item is weak and based on either greed or to defend your scum trial.
