Azalus, I don't know if you're referring to EVERY single items / factions / rewards... But there have been multiple threads on these forums about the topic, and they've already announced some of them on their Timeline thread.

Really, just read all the Announcement threads and FAQ... A lot of people come here asking the same questions over and over, when they're already all answered or talked about on the FAQ or under the Announcements section. It's not like anyone here is posting any hidden information. We know what the devs post. That is all.

Pre-buff PvP Items
PvP Weapons
Factions, Reputations & Rewards
MC Talisman / Bindings

Of course there's a ton of other content that was buffed later in WoW's timline, and a lot of them already have their own threads here, or are currently even discussed.
In fact here is a recent thread discussion regarding the Scholomance Items & loot tables, which were among, A TON of content & items that got changed and buffed through the many patches of Vanilla WoW.

And as you can already see, Viper responded with this.

Now I have already voiced my opinion on this subject, and I still encourage anyone who wants a true blizzlike experience, and is passionate to achieve so, to help out the community. Maybe you know something others might not. And if it's wrong, you will for sure get corrected on these forums, I have many times been corrected myself. But the information could very well be of help.

I don't think it's coincidence that the devs had few mentions concerning the pre-buffed statistics of PvP items and weapons, until after the members of these forums (mainly Askental) compiled up the original WoW page source and found the stats in the web.archived code. Here's a link to those threads:

It's obvious the devs were influenced by the feedback and with all the data being there and proof of, there's no reason not to act on it. And they did. :)

After the release of new content their website host has changed.
The servers and (& related crashes) are still there

unite forces and gather both communities (the dream) or link with cross-realm?

as an oldschool vanilla player willing to relive old feelings of wow, still not decided... Both servers seems worth to be played...

The thing that matters most now is the realm that releases first. They will gather pretty much everyone who waits for either of the servers to come out, if for nothing else, to try mechanics, quality, to check for bugs etc. Most of the players, if satisfied with the work done, will stay on that server and play on.

Kronos is around the corner basically, but Nost picked up the pace lately and is quickly catching up. We'll see what happens during this upcoming test and in the following week or two.

Both realms risk loosing popularity tho, if waiting for too long. Something like on CC atm, everyone was hyped for last years release and since that didn't happen, already quite a few guilds lost many of their confirmed members.. Not to mention, all the praises are kinda.. well vanishing. Hardly anyone mentions them anymore now that people realized it won't be released for 3+ more months.

For me the most important thing is stability.
That's where Rebirth failed and Emerald Dream failed (somewhat).

Kronos is looking really good from what I've seen in their promotion material, same goes for the testing sessions and videos here on Nostalrius.

I hope both servers gets huge populations but honestly I think Kronos might get more due to their backing by the project Twinstar. It might change of course if they don't provide what's expected.

Just look at the amount of developers Kronos has. I don't know if this has been changed but last time I checked the project stood still when Chero had the exams and running a big project like this requires a contingency plan... eg = what if Chero gets sick? Leaves the project? etc..

Both servers look good in their own way.....I've far from decided but for me Nostalrius looks a bit more like something that can work in the long run.

Who ever releases first has little to no impact. Most players made their decision already. If anything, rushing it will hurt each project since you will not be able to deliver what was promised.

Exactly. I keep in touch with several guilds on various priv servers where I played, and most of the people just want to change the environment, to something better. They are tired of, I quote: "population problems, instability, buggy class mechanics and bosses, p2w" and so on. The first one that releases will be the big one and they all wait for it, and if satisfied during the first 10-20-30 hours, most will stay.

Since the new year, both Kronos and CC slowed down considerably, leaving many players disappointed and anxious (emphasis on anxious). With Nostalrius picking up the pace lately, a new kid is on the block with a potential to steal all the attention.

Looking forward to the stress test tomorrow :)

Might not be able to resist Kronos if it launches soon. Fresh server with high population.
I dont want to be bearer of bad news but the server to launch first WILL take population from the server that launches later.
Many people simply dont want to level multiple times and will stick to the first server.
