If you spam pause you can see that when i hover over the legs they are 30 fire damage, don't think there is an issue there.

Am I missing something or how are these considered legit kills when Rag is clearly bugged out and not working properly? Not trying to be a hater I just don't understand....

Because that's the endless repeating cycle of private servers.
I am really disappoint myself in the endgame scripting on Rag and Onyxia. I've seen streams where Rag is killed without tanks and never casts his 1 shot ability and streams where Onyxia spawns no whelps making the air phase a complete joke where the dps just dpses her before she can even do a single breath because there is literally noting going on in the flight phase. = Free loot.

Gotcha - IMO they should reset the PvE progress when the encounters are known to be 100% correctly scripted.

only 1 guild did the bugged version of ragnaros with no tanks, and that was NOPE

Encounters will never be 100% scripted, This is what private server content progression is like. No matter how much testing you do shit gets buggy, The top guilds clear it before everyone else, report bugs, and it gets fixed for the rest of the pop. It appears that this week they fixed Rags Son spawn points, fixed some animations, and broke his ranged attack. Shit happens. They will fix it for the rest of the server asap im sure. Notice how no other good guilds are crying about the kill, because we all know this shit happens on private servers.

Yes they can be. The developers have been very adamant about correcting any mistakes and improving on anything they haven't perfected.
