Hi. Sorry if this is my second post about the same question. But i can't seem to find the first post i made.

I was wondering if it is legal to have multiple accounts on the same IP. Not for multiboxing but for the ability to boost myself.

No. Boosting yourself is also multiboxing.

It is legal to have multiple accounts if you want to use one for banking or (dis)enchanting.
