Transferring items through the AH

I'm leveling an alliance alt, due to PvP reasons (close to 60:40 Horde-Alliance ratio at lv60)
I want to use my horde main to send him gear, using the neutral AH.
For ex, my horde main would post armor on the AH, and my alt would buy it off and wear it. So it's basically, item transfers from horde --> ally.
Is this allowed? I don't see why it wouldn't be, it's not exploiting but rather good use of vanilla mechanics.

Whether its legal or not, good luck. There are an assload of bots camping and scanning the neutral AHs and sniping anything they can

You are allowed to do that, hell Blizzard never said anything bad against it, just that you better make sure no one else buys your stuff.

As long as the items and gold used for this are legit,
there is no problem with selling your items or buying items from the AH.
It is a normal transaction, only keep in mind people can buy it faster then you can put them on AH
log off, relog and scan AH for the item.

Just make your alliance on a second account and have them both at the AH so you can just alt-tab over. Totally allowed.

If you do this i would highly recommend putting a worthless item on the neutral AH for a high sum of gold and then buying it on your horde.
Sending gear is too risky because i would imagine you would be putting items on way below their value and someone else can just buy it.
