Question about betting

Is betting allowed? Mainly I want to advertise a legitmate respectable duel bets, but obviously I wouldn't if its a bannable offense. OR is betting allowed at all for that matters as in rolls.

i think its allowed, you just cant advertise it
so for example you can bet with your guild, but not advertise in trade chat
not sure though
