Playing my hunter, heard that grinding mobs gives more gold just from vendor trash and its a much easier way to level. Is it faster than questing? I am level 37 and horde

There's nothing faster than using a 1-60 guide.
Anyways, grinding without having a guide is most likely faster, especially with rested exp (mobs at 37 should give around 450-500 exp with rested) c:

Yes. I think its faster (by a tiny bit) to just grind mob. Tho i belive at some point youll hit some mobs that are annoying and will make you have a tiny break inbetween pulls.
Personally i wouldnt just grind mob through multiple levels. Ive just done it between 53-54, and i got rather bored with it after that.
Quests will shake it up and make the game more fun, rather than just killing mobs.

Gold .. I think its better to just grind mobs? I do get 1-2g per quests, sometimes with a random quest reward worth 50s-5g. Tho mobs have the random chance to drop good loot that can be sold on AH (personally got a Destiny between 53-54). Tho, you do still have this chance when youre just doingt quests.

If this is your first character (like myself). Id just enjoy the leveling and not think about how long it takes. Do some quests and grind now and then to catch up with zones. Ive spent 8 days 12 hrs in /played to get to 55. Mainly through quests, and getting camped for a few hours by 60s here and there

The fastest is a combination, all the vanilla quest guides tell you to do it. You do quests but as you move between quest pickup and do area you kill most yellow mobs on the way. Skipping only highly annoiing mobs. Sometimes you are in a good spot to grind for a lvl so stay there and move on.

Howver that is when you are good at effcient questing, if you are bad at that and good at grinding or hate questing grinding isnt far behind on most parts. However there are some quest rounds that net you xp rates simply not achievable with grinding.

Absolutely that . I just did 3 quests in about 15 minutes that netted me a total of 13k exp :3.

Without a doubt, questing. You can use your rested XP to grind mobs for faster levelups but honestly it's incredibly boring. If you can do it, then go for it.

And dungeons are easy level boosts, just look up the quests for each dungeon for max XP.

Note dungeons are only worth it (if you are only concerned with leveling time) If you have multiple quests for them.

Dungeons like Uldaman and Zul'Farrak are well worth it because they each have a bunch of quests associated with them.

I'd say a combination. If you are able to get your quests done, following a questing guide, without too much competition - then do that. If you can't, it's much more efficient to grind. No matter what you do, don't stand and do nothing.

Doing both should be the quickest way. Moreso if you plan your grinds in line with where you'll be questing.
