Will the MidSummer Festival be working? With the quests and Npc's?

It was introduced in Patch 1.11, and given a major revamp in June 2008.

Nostalrius is "not" in that patch, however I have no doubt they will add it in when appropriate.

why are there flowers in IF?

Its probably because we use the 1.12.1 client and they spawn autmaticly, making "removing them" not worth the time.

Midsummer appears to be up but I assume it's not actually supposed to be since I can't interact with things like the Ribbon Pole.

the camp is up in Desolace too, but there are no quest and no interactivity

I never played vanilla WoW, is there anything to do besides the quest to visit the 3 fire for the 10 flowers and 10 brews? Can't find anything else.
