Where are the Xroad raids or Mill/Southshore mosh pits?
Sadly or luckerly (either way you look at it), I played on a "normal" server back in the glory days, with weekly raids at mainly these locations for the server in general. Since coming here i've not seen one single LFM Xroads raid / Mill raid let alone a city raid what so ever!

So has world pvp devolved into just low life ganking lowbies and camping flight masters with no NPC guards?
Rather than a server event with alot of fun on both sides with real epic 40+man battles waging in random zones?

My question to you the reader is, are you disappointed with the current pvp style the server has?

Raid groups are still formed, maybe you are just missing them; confirmation bias is funny that way.

You also have to remember that the server is still young. A huge majority of the server's population still does not have a character at level 60 yet, and until they do their main focus will be leveling/progressing(professions, gold making etc). The server is almost 5 months old, you can expect stuff like that to pick up and happen more frequently once more of the population has some free time and doesn't have to level.

I see southshore raids at least 1-3 times a week. Are we on the same server?

There are no 24/7 Hillsbrad battles because there are Battlegrounds. Hillsbrad massacre was before BGs were introduced and died out after

here, ppl are happy if they dont have to pvp for 10 min

I must be imagining the 500 skeletons on the ground 24x7x365 at xroads

There is pvp everywhere. No exaggeration.

Pvp is always going down. Have you not logged in, otherwise your dense.

Pretty much the most fun I've ever had in wow.

Like someone mentioned, all the major PvP areas died once battlegrounds were introduced. One of the many reasons any form of instanced PvP is bad (arenas are OK since it is team based competitive)
