Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Does The Alliance have any quests in the Badlands that take you to Angor Fortress? I thought it was strange that there is such a giant structure in the Badlands, for dark iron dwarfs of all things, with NO alliance quests.

I looked on Wowhead and Wowwiki and the only thing I could find was [Ambassador of Evil] which was supposed to be put in during 1.12. But when I go to the Explorer's League in Ironforge there is nothing for it.

I have a 43 warrior; I figured I would see the quest by now. Just trying to do all quests in the Badlands because I like the zone.

That's part of a chain which involves some quests in Uldaman, have you done those? I did Ambassador of Evil so I know the quest is in and works.

Ambassador of Evil is part of chain, don't use wowwiki use the vanilla gaming database.

Completing that chain unlocks the next chain for Ambassador of Evil. Once you complete those 5 quests, then the Historian in the Explorer's League will talk to you.
