Best way to contact GM's in game?

I try to make tickets but I can't. It keeps telling me to go to the bug tracker, but it isn't a bug. The only way I was able to send a ticket was by typing "stuck", but I didn't want to mislead gm's.

I used mangos too, but it could be different with a custom gm script.
