Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Just wondering when the neck pieces and the deck turn ins for the various trinkets will become available from the Dark Moon Faire. I am now able to actually accept the quest from the deck, so does this mean that the next time it's up I can turn it in?

Darkmoon Cards have been seen dropping from high level Humanoids around the world. Collect a set of them and bring them to the Darkmoon Faire when it is in town!
