So I was In before the server restarted and in the announcement there was a post saying: Server will close 19/8 for an international release. (or something like that)

I don't know what it was or what the staff meant. But please explain it please.

It's an old announcement from the beta, it was supposed to be removed but obviously, wasn't. Just disregard it .
