Hello, I am wondering how I can know when the PTR is available for use, and who gets to practice on it. Is it open test or just a few lucky guilds?

Previously only select guilds were allowed on the PTR to test, but since the BWL patch they have allowed everyone to test.

Here was the announcement for BWL PTR: viewtopic.php?f=2&t=18089

The next content to go on the PTR should be ZG. They will make an announcement on the forums when the PTR is ready.
