As a US player is I find this server super frustrating because during raid times whenever two or more guilds are in BWL the server crashes every 30-40 mins without fail. I am wondering if its the same during EU prime time raids?
Judging by the number of EU guilds who have cleared BWL it doesn't seem to be the case. Its almost impossible to clear or make any progress when you are literally are lagging out every 30 mins.
Thanks!

Yes, certain high skilled European guilds bribe the GMs to take down the server. This was confirmed by documents, released on WikiLeaks, containing wiretap recordings of "burners" used by the GMs. The documents were leaked from an ongoing investigation by Interpol on the recent server instability.
I will let you know asap with any news regarding this.
