Putting pressure on the officers/friends who go into Bwl in greens instead of putting down the geared attentive dps who are carrying them "instead of just telling us get our shit together".
I understand the benefits of gearing crucial roles first im all for it but gearing out a healer and then letting them become a dps role(one that eats debuff slots on progression no less) is poor leadership.
This thread is the only way we can have a voice without facing unjust discipline.
People don't realize that being an officer is work not a perk. You can't please everyone but you can start by not pleasing yourself.
We are people not means to an end.
Hopefully an officer reads this and wakes the higherarchy the fuck up.

I would gladly talk to you in game. If you know me at all, you know that I'm not unjust and listen to what people have to say. Fear no discipline for exposing yourself to me. Take the thread down and lets move forward.
