Feels like Im playing with 400 latency

A week ago response times were much faster. Now when I switch aspect for example of use multi, it happens .5-1 second after I press hotkey. It writes I have 90 latency but feels like 400. Anyone has the same issue?

Use /who
Server lags really bad when there are more than 6500 online. When there's more than 8000 online, it feels like playing at 500ms, yes.
