Population boost since the PvE server was announced?

I seem to notice a lot more people on since the trailer was released for the PvE server. Are these mostly new people who've rolled here in anticipation of the new server coming out?

Just a simple quick solution
You could still play from a VPN, and it's hardly rascism to ban a country's range of addresses. Companies do it all the time lol. Like the BBC or American Streaming sites

It's a french server, IP ban any non-french IP address.

@thread responses, the chinese are not the only gold farmers/sellers. It's the stereotype but to think such a rash move would fix much is just not the case. Ofc english is very popular there and I guarantee you've interacted with a fellow legit chinese player in your time here.
