Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

So i've narrowed the classes I want for nostralius to Warlock, Ret Paladin, and rouge.(Purly for PVP) What are the strengths and weaknesses of each class? What do you enjoy and why? (I know ret is pretty garbage but I've heard with the right gear it can be pretty fun and decent in PVP)

Play what you want to play. Trust your gut.

Ret is pretty solid support, and with really good gear, you can Shrek people with Rek bombs.

Purely PVP based Warlock is the class to go, if u wanna go ret you gotta rely allot on engineering.

Any PVPer worth his salt will have Engineering.

Ofcourse just saying paladins needs it more than a lock that can spam fear ^^

It sounds like he wants to be an alliance player due to paladin being on the list. Alliance warlocks have a MUCH harder time in pvp than horde due to undead being overwhelmingly popular for pvp players. It's not fun have your main source of cc countered by 50%+ of the pvpers

By far the most diverse and functional choice would be warlock. From fear doubling as an offense and defensive spell, to vast pvp styles (tanky demo, kiting affli, nuke destro). Multiple pets to do different things. Not to mention perks like detect invis spell, reduced cost class mounts, and summoning for groups and raids. All in all a lot a complete pack of fun times ahead.

This, a third of the horde is undead mage. and another third is undead rogue.
