Darkmoon phasing out, possible bug? or not up yet?

Hello,
I hear people saying first monday of the month as well as 9/11 as the date for DMF to be up. I was over at Elwynn and I only see 2 NPCs (one of them being the guy to turn in the decks too), the rest of the faire is occasionally shown for a split second, essentially phasing in and out of the game at random. Can someone confirm whether DMF is actually supposed to be up now please?

you say the npc is there to hand decks to.. can you hand them in with him now or do you still have to wait for the DMF to open?

We're looking into it. The next DMF should be up in Mulgore this month, the NPCs existing in Elwynn Forest is a bug.

Any update? Still no DMF in Mulgore, you can see it phasing in and out quickly.

Run to just outside stormwind, there are 2 NPC there u can hand in quest
