Level requirements gradually increase as you progress through quest chains. That is how it is supposed to be.
Raene's cleansings last part is supposed to be for level30, however I'm not denying some other quests like Blackfathom Villainy could be set for the wrong level. I have noticed a few quests being 1 or 2 levels off before.

The WSG rewards you're talking about are in a later patch btw.

All (level 18) WSG rewards are out on alliance side, except the lvl 18 protector's band. Alternatively, none of the rewards are on the horde vendor. Blackfathom Villainy should be able to be completed by both sides at level 18: http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=7001. Instead, only the horde can complete Blackfathom Villainy.

Bugs are understandable, but it just seems weird to me that some factions have access to items that others don't. Alliance can get the WSG neck, but horde can get the wand. Seems pretty lul to me..

While these issue do annoy me, i'd rather see major game breaking class bugs such as Hunter Auto Shot bugged get fixed before anything. But then again, how long does it take to add a few items to a vendor?

The validity of the issue is not in question, it was confirmed after the thread I made a while back with a range of evidence (for raene's cleansing too).
The WSG rewards were from a later patch, yes, but as Koopa said, the bug there is the inconsistency. Either they should be all added or all removed.

Exactly, these aren't even bugs in the code, it's just some wrong database entries.

Did you guys make a bug request on the tracker for this? It seems like a very simple fix.

It's about time this gets fixed. Especially the WSG rep gear that's missing for no reason.

That said, I don't see a mention of the alliance side Blackfathom Villainy, which is also wrong.

Are you implying confirmed stuff always gets fixed?
All the "evidence" is just links leading to other links which are dead, and people jabbering on other forums without any actual proof. Going through these/any forums, you will see how clueless a lot of people actually are about the stuff they discuss.
There are progressive level requirements in chains. That is how I recall it, and the small evidence I can find says that is correct. I'm not saying that can't be wrong, but you gotta come up with something a bit more substantial than what you've come with so far.

You're right about the WSG part though, but with costum releases it all becomes one big blur. I support the all or nothing solution.

Both sides can definitely do the quest. Do you mean the level requirement is off?

To make matters worse, it seems that the STV arena has become bugged. the chest is no longer dropped every 3 hours server time. been there 3 times in the past 24 hours, nothing.
