Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I've noticed that if multiple mobs are marked (Skull, cross, moon etc...), and one of said marked mobs dies; that all the raid target markers on the remaining mobs disappear. I am not the only one with this issue so I imagine it is something to do with the server itself.

Does anyone else have this issue?
Or know a way to fix it or report it?

I'm pretty sure it happens everywhere outside of raid groups.
