F.Tauren leg animation bug?

When my F.Tauren runs, the back of her thigh juts outward really suddenly, entire polygons warping away from her hip. It's -really- noticeable when wearing robes. Was this a bug in vanilla? I don't recall ever noticing it on live and I've played since late TBC.

It's just a really sudden 'pop' in the animation that happens with every stride on each leg. And now I've noticed it, I can't un-notice it.

I know a lot about 1.12.1 models and I think you can't change this without model editing (which is forbidden) and any way even if it was authorized the Tauren bug could not be easily fixed as you have to edit the animations (or butcher the model). The Troll one could, however.
