I believe you can have more accounts, but not multibox. Unsure if you can have ally and horde on same account, if very blizzlike then you won't be able to do this. So therefore I believe they are open for more than one account.

Not based on any info from the server, just my male intuition, yeah we have that.

Not sure about multi-accounts, but multi-boxing is not allowed, as per teh FAQ:

Not talking about multiboxing but "logging 2 chars simultaniously" and play them both at the same time, without any programs, just alt tab switch the screens.

Was allowed during the beta only for instances low level (Don't remind exactly, seems like maraudon max).

Not allowed in instance 50 or 55+, PVP (bg or not), indoor raid (mc,ony and co), outdoor raid (kazaak, azuregos, drakes, ...).

On high level it doesn't make sense really, so yeah, that's np then. It's more for leveling alts or enchant my own stuff since we got no scrolls.
