VOTE HERE >>>> http://www.strawpoll.me/3875603 <<<< VOTE HERE

If you came here from my /world spam please understand what I am doing. I have to fight fire with fire. This is the spam to end all spam. Your vote can help possibly end abuse on and of /world.

Please give your opinion on the state of /world as of the 15th of March, 2015 by voting on this poll.

Adminstration/GM's/Nostalrius, please see the amount of discontent in your player base being caused by a small, select group of people with ill intentions.

EDIT (March 15th @ 9:20 PM US CENTRAL): I would like to point out the overwhelming popularity of changing the policy vs those in favor of no change. It is mind boggling how popular change is among the players that it seems obvious a shift is needed in policy.

EDIT : RESPONSE FROM <GM>KRAFT SS's BELOW on March 16th

VERBATIM : <GM>Kraft stated that "If this gets a significant amount of votes, I think the admins might consider doing it. Right now, it's <500. 1,000+ votes is a must. If you want to message me further, you can do it on the forums." - End quote

It's a private chat channel, of course it's player moderated. That's how the game works.

Retail vanilla WoW did not have a public global "world" channel.

Children really need to settle down and stop crying. There's no special Nostalrius channel in the game, and that's the end of the story.

Why do people want a global channel anyway? Its always filled with random nerds either spamming or discussing religion/politics. No thanks.

Please try to keep to the topic at hand without being toxic.

Majority of players use /world by default. We're discussing what happens in practice not what theory dictates.

There is a poll provided for you to voice your discontent democratically. Be part of that proud tradition.
