Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hey,
I play with my girlfriend from the same location so we got the same IP.
When we do instances she constantly gets huuuuge lags with wlan and with lan. So the problem is not our internet connection nor our provider or wlan/lan. The problem must be server side, anyone else having this problem? Any solutions?
