Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I was fighting with a dwarf priest and one more dwarf priest popped in to aid his buddy and suddenly i heard a flute playing and i noticed that i couldn't move. I checked the combat log and i saw that i was affected by melodious rapture (from the flute used in the rat quest in deeprun tram area). Unfortunately i haven't taken a screenshot. I don't know if that's why i couldn't move or if i was stuck or something. I was afflicted by fear but when the fear ended i was hearing the flute and i couldn't move. Maybe its nothing but can someone test this? If that flute causes some kind of charm on pvp, that's a huge bug. Is this why some 20+ or 30+ lvl alliance players still have that flute? I noticed that on my ally char and i was wondering why.

The only reason people have that flute is because it's spammable and makes the most annoying sound in the world.
Not go to IF and multiply that sound x30-40 times. Ears bleed.
