Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I restarted everything - done a speed test and the MS was 9 with a 54 meg download and a 3 meg upload - Speed tested fine with no packet loss - Everything works fine - other games work fine...

Log in WoW and 2.5k ms........then it drops to 400ms but the same god awful lag....

Anyone know any reason for this?
