Lockpick bugged atm?

So as of today i cant open any door with my 300 lockpick skill except the ones i have the key for...
Anyone else or isolated problem?
Tried reloging / clearing wdb folder

Can confirm it was broken yesterday evening and didn't work on Scholomance door - couldn't open with 300 lockpicking.
