Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

If i reach level 60 after people have cleared the earlier tiers, will there be no groups running the older ones?
I don't want to but all that time in to reaching level cap and not get anywhere

This won't be a problem

it probably won't be a problem with the high population of the realm

MC is generally cleared with BWL, but new guilds do pop up and they need to progress through MC like any regular guild. Being a tier behind or 2 tiers behind is not the end of the world
