Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hey all, so I know its glorious Vanilla and I'm not complaining however I have a few problems and would love some help.

Regardless of if I tick the option under help, quests aren't automatically tracked, I have to shift+click them all, which is a pain whenever there's a bunch of quests to pick up. Is there a macro or an addon for this?

Auto-looting! Of course you can shift+click or click all items but I'd rather just save the time and right click. Is there a macro/addon for this? I haven't had any luck finding anything.

Uber Quest Reborn is a nice quest tracker, it adds quests automatically and is not limited to five. Also has options to color code, show levels, etc.
