At release date - I dont exactly know why everyone jumped on the hype train when a guy named blizzards anniversary, it has no connection to Nostal and wont benefit them anyway releasing it this day, rather than another. The server is released the day they announce it, trying to predict it wont give you anything.
I dont know why, but I hardly doubt that everything we see, is all of it. Im fairly certain, assuming things continue as its, that they already have tested several things they deem worthy, the staff is capable of testing stuff themselves I guess? - As far as quests go, sure, it could be fun doing some, but the server cant show all content before releasing the server, something has to be "new" and "exciting" still, this + staff testing is probably why you haven't seen all content. All quests wont be tested, it is simply too extensive, allowing people to come in for a week and do some would probably only test about 30-40% of all quests, not to mention that if you were to do them, you wont be able to see what is tested and what isnt, alternatively you need all ppl to report what theyve done, and good luck organizing that.
As for new things which are ought to happen, were still missing out on a proper AB and AV test, and then theres probably 1 final one where everything (which we have seen so far) is available, so people can experience their fixes and report even more. Assuming that they will (and can) fix everything before release is oblivious, it wont happen, it is lightly put too extreme. Blizzards pre 1.4 game was bugged as hell aswell, a MMORPG like this will never be flawless.
