It drops in so many zones, from so many mobs its not rare at all. You will be lucky to even get a gold. Think i have vendored atleast 3 of those :p
I actually checked the A.H like 1 week ago after i got one farming in blasted lands for buffs, checked AH and it was like 60-70S, so just vendored it
