An addon that takes screenshot in .jpg format?

Does such a thing exist? Doesn't necessarily have to be .jpg, just some format that's actually usable (fast to upload and link) without converting every single screenshot from some dumb shit useless .tga...

It's not an addon, but i can suggest fraps software.
It can do both, record gameplay and take screenshots & automatically save them to the selected folder.
