/cast does nothing

just try deactivating addons one by one and casting a spell through a macro

how I hate when addons overwrite blizzard functions (mostly for no reason)

ok random suggestion...
disable titan panel

I disabled Titan panel and /cast worked. Then I enabled it again and it still worked, though now there are suddenly other UI problems like player and target windows that won't move. Ugh.
