the tooltip is currently designed to arrange itself in the bag container stack when you have your inventory open, to avoid collision + use real estate effectively.

whether that is actually the case is up for debate, and something i'll be looking at as i revise the tooltip over the next few versions:

hey again, is there a way to make the health and mana text from the unit frames a little smaller? its to big for me since i still like to see the actual health bar and the health text like in xperl.
I love this addon and i got used to it so much that i cant go back to xperl :D

@modernist: Do you have any plan regarding enemy debuff tracking?

I really enjoy EnemyBuffTimerVanilla which displays timers like on retail http://forum.nostalrius.org/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=1012
but it seems this project has been abandonned and it misses some features like debuff refreshing.

Kick, earth shock, pummel etc are also damage spells so it should go something like:

'playerA Kick hits/crits playerB for x.' - have to add and process that sort of entries.

regarding the targetframe cast bar, there's still some collision when both buffs and debuffs are visible

how to make text inside cast bar?

Well, refreshing isn't really possible unless you write a complicated hooking system.
Or the server's administration gets off their asses and fixes combatlog events.

Maybe I don't know, but I was using countmoon the other day on my druid and it was tracking the refresh and even the ranks of my spells. That being said it was only for my debuffs and spells.
edit: Oh it's your addon btw, nice to see you around!

I originally wanted to make it so that the tooltip updates to anchor to the cursor when bags are open, but couldn't get it working correctly. maybe i'll try again :o

edit: lol got it working in seconds this time

yeah, like schaka says this is a pain in the ass to track consistently, once you go beyond tracking personal spells it is a LOT more difficult to register accurately.
