with these frames .

Zbar is the one im using, it is really simple and works great! Good luck!

why don't you use Discord Action Bars?
You can modify it as good as their unit frames, you should be able to fit it perfectly.

alternatives besides the mentioned zBar would be Bongos or Bartender
