Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello, I downloaded xperl 1.9.6, and the buffs won't display below my player unit frame. They're the original blizzard buffs. Is there a way to fix this? Tried everything I can think of. Also, is there a way to make debuffs duration to display on the target enemy frame? thanks
