Crowd Control and Cursor

Magehelper used to be the add-on I'd use to keep a sheep timer on screen during Vanilla and BC. The Magehelper in the repository here does not work properly and I do not know of any other add-ons that monitor Crowd Control specifically. Any suggestions?

Also, I used to have an add-on that changed the cursor from the WoW Gaunlet hand to your choice of Warcraft III cursors (Undead, Night Elf, Orc, etc...). Is this add-on still available anywhere? I know it became a violation of WoW's terms of service to change your cursor sometime during Burning Crusade, but I figured I'd ask since this is Pre-BC.

Lastly, is there a program (WoWMatrix, Curse) for Vanilla server add-ons or would using one of these complicate the retail version on my PC?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
